DEPOSIT

A 50% deposit is required for all bookings during the time of booking. Deposits are made to book and confirm the studio and your photo session. Deposits are non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING

Clients must reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the date of the photoshoot. If you need to reschedule and it is not within the 24 hour time frame a new deposit will be required to book your new date and time.

TURN AROUND

The turn around time for raw photos is 24-48 hours after the photo session. The turn around for basic high end edits is 7-14 business days. Creative edits can take up to 14 days to complete depending on the type of edit and the amount of images. You are able to get your photos rushed for an additional cost at a 3 day turn around for a $75 fee. 1 Day turnaround = $150

LATE

There is a 15 minute grace period, after 20 minutes a $25 late fee will be applied. After 25 minutes our shoot will have to be rescheduled.

TRAVELING

Kiilei is available to travel for an additional fee. Please mention this in your inquiry email if it pertains to your session.

PAYMENT

Cash, Zelle, and tap to pay are the ONLY acceptable forms of payment. CASH APP & APPLE PAY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. An invoice will be sent to your email once the payment has been made and the photoshoot has been completed.
